Provide strategic oversight for direct marketing fundraising programs for a portfolio of nonprofit organization clients
Serve as a client relationship manager and work within a team to deliver direct marketing fundraising programs
Draft client annual plans with Account Lead support
Ensure client’s Tableau reporting is accurate and up to date
Interpret and present program and project results
Oversee client’s annual expenses
Oversee production management and creative process for projects
Prepare and present strategy decks with oversight from Account Lead
Oversee execution of year-long direct marketing schedules
Direct and guide copywriters and designers to ensure creative alignment with overall project and program strategy
Manage account and production team service delivery to the client, ensuring satisfaction
Serve as liaison with client contacts, identifying opportunities to expand client work/scope
Requirements
A minimum of 7 years’ experience in nonprofit fundraising and/or advocacy; direct marketing, including telemarketing, online and/or grassroots organizing
Proficiency working on multiple projects simultaneously
Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Demonstrated effective use of digital tools to manage internal and external workflow and communication (including email, chat, zoom, and online workflow tool)
Production knowledge
Experience with nonprofit fundraising and/or advocacy
