About the role

  • Provide strategic oversight for direct marketing fundraising programs for a portfolio of nonprofit organization clients
  • Serve as a client relationship manager and work within a team to deliver direct marketing fundraising programs
  • Draft client annual plans with Account Lead support
  • Ensure client’s Tableau reporting is accurate and up to date
  • Interpret and present program and project results
  • Oversee client’s annual expenses
  • Oversee production management and creative process for projects
  • Prepare and present strategy decks with oversight from Account Lead
  • Oversee execution of year-long direct marketing schedules
  • Direct and guide copywriters and designers to ensure creative alignment with overall project and program strategy
  • Manage account and production team service delivery to the client, ensuring satisfaction
  • Serve as liaison with client contacts, identifying opportunities to expand client work/scope

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in nonprofit fundraising and/or advocacy; direct marketing, including telemarketing, online and/or grassroots organizing
  • Proficiency working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated effective use of digital tools to manage internal and external workflow and communication (including email, chat, zoom, and online workflow tool)
  • Production knowledge
  • Experience with nonprofit fundraising and/or advocacy
