About the role
- Provide strategic oversight for direct marketing fundraising programs for a portfolio of nonprofit organization clients
- Serve as a client relationship manager and work within a team to deliver direct marketing fundraising programs
- Draft client annual plans with Account Lead support
- Ensure client’s Tableau reporting is accurate and up to date
- Interpret and present program and project results
- Oversee client’s annual expenses
- Oversee production management and creative process for projects
- Prepare and present strategy decks with oversight from Account Lead
- Oversee execution of year-long direct marketing schedules
- Direct and guide copywriters and designers to ensure creative alignment with overall project and program strategy
- Manage account and production team service delivery to the client, ensuring satisfaction
- Serve as liaison with client contacts, identifying opportunities to expand client work/scope
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in nonprofit fundraising and/or advocacy; direct marketing, including telemarketing, online and/or grassroots organizing
- Proficiency working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrated effective use of digital tools to manage internal and external workflow and communication (including email, chat, zoom, and online workflow tool)
- Production knowledge
- Experience with nonprofit fundraising and/or advocacy
