About the role
- Ownership of the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding
- Oversight of monthly payroll processes
- Management of HR systems, payroll data, and documentation
- Support for organizational changes when needed
- Advise managers on HR-related issues and conflict resolution
- Recruitment of staff and consultants: advertising, handling applications, conducting interviews, drafting contracts, and reference checks
- Documentation and follow-up of annual performance reviews
- Monitoring global labour costs
- Collaborate with CFO and local office management to prepare for and follow up on annual salary reviews
- Lead annual job evaluation and salary comparison processes
- Coordinate annual employee surveys and follow-up actions
- Liaise with local labour law experts to ensure proper implementation and compliance
- Manage employee insurance and communication with insurance providers
- Conduct HR-related staff training
- Develop and maintain training and competence programs
- Lead change work in collaboration with management teams in Sweden and abroad
Requirements
- Well into their professional career and ready for a new, exciting challenge
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role with staff and budget responsibility
- Ideally experience from mid-sized companies with global operations
- Strong interest in technology and comfortable working with various recruitment platforms and HR systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Culturally aware, outgoing, and eager to meet new people
- Ability to engage and inspire colleagues and employees
- Excellent proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Additional languages are a plus
