About the role
- The HR Advisor – HRBP & Operations will act as a strategic partner to the Chief People Officer, driving structure, consistency, and operational excellence across DeepHealth’s global footprint.
- This role will lead key initiatives such as global policy harmonization, HR systems optimization, employee relations, and cross-border compliance.
- A background in international HR operations, a strong foundation in global employment law, and a track record of influence in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
- A background in compensation and comfort with project management is highly preferred.
- Act as strategic HR partner to the Chief People Officer, helping drive global consistency, operational efficiency, and compliance across all HR processes.
- Lead or support global HR projects, including cross-border M&A integration efforts (e.g., onboarding coordination, data transitions, employee communications, and employment documentation).
- Drive policy harmonization across international locations, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and corporate standards.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and local HR teams to ensure Day 1 readiness and support post-acquisition stabilization efforts.
- Oversee global HR systems cleanup and optimization (e.g., HCM, payroll, ATS), ensuring data integrity and system alignment.
- Lead or contribute to the development and implementation of scalable job architecture frameworks and compensation structures.
- Support annual compensation cycles, including benchmarking, merit planning, and bonus administration, in collaboration with Finance.
- Document and streamline global HR workflows to ensure audit readiness and ongoing process improvement.
- Monitor global employment law changes and support compliance efforts across jurisdictions.
- Analyze HR data to inform decision-making, track project milestones, and ensure consistent delivery across regions.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with sound judgment.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience in a corporate environment, including global HR operations
- Prior management or team leadership experience strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of global and U.S. employment laws and compliance practices
- Broad expertise across core HR disciplines, including performance management, employee relations, compensation, and talent development
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and improve HR processes through strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and partner effectively across legal, finance, and operational functions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and persuasively to various audiences
- High level of discretion and professionalism in managing confidential and sensitive information
