About the role
- Act as key partner to the executive team providing executive support and communication
- Draft and circulate memos and internal communications
- Organize and manage the executive’s inbox, ensuring timely follow-up
- Join calls with internal and external stakeholders and take notes
- Update and maintain business documentation, including pricing sheets
- Conduct business analysis to support executive decision-making
- Organize and manage admin manuals and other operational documents
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
- Maintain systems and documentation for smooth operations
- Coordinate with teams across time zones to ensure alignment
- 30-day onboarding: shadow executive team, learn systems, begin minor tasks
- 60-day onboarding: take over executive support functions, manage pricing/ops documents, begin business analysis
- 90-day onboarding: fully manage executive support and business operations, provide reports and implement process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (graduates from Ateneo de Manila University or Institute of Technology programs encouraged)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to handle both strategic and administrative work effectively
- Comfort with business analysis and data management
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools
- Ability to work PH hours with at least 3 hours of overlap with Pacific Time (morning or evening)
- Experience in business analysis, executive support, or Chief of Staff roles (nice-to-have)
- Prior exposure to sustainability or tech-focused environments (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with global team coordination (nice-to-have)
