About the role

  • Act as People & Culture Business Partner within People Operations, reporting to Senior Manager, People & Culture
  • Develop consultative partnerships with leaders across a departmental portfolio to influence business outcomes
  • Coach and enable People Leaders on day-to-day P&C matters, performance conversations, feedback, and employee relations
  • Leverage people data and feedback to provide recommendations on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession
  • Collaborate with leaders on change management initiatives and future-proofing the organization
  • Provide operational support across the employee lifecycle, including leaves, exits, title and compensation changes
  • Partner with People Operations to implement programs: performance reviews, engagement surveys, compensation cycles
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, and Legal to enhance the employee experience
  • Maintain knowledge of P&C trends and employment legislation; recommend improvements for culture and compliance
  • Facilitate learning through training sessions, presentations, and workshops to educate leaders and reinforce people strategies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with deep exposure to business partnering
  • Experience working closely with senior leaders (VPs, Directors, Department Heads)
  • Proven ability to build trust-based relationships and influence across levels
  • Experience coaching and advising people leaders on performance, feedback, and employee relations
  • Strategic mindset with experience leveraging people data for org design, workforce planning, succession planning
  • Experience supporting employee lifecycle events: leaves, exits, title and compensation changes
  • Change management experience and ability to collaborate on structural evolution
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Comfortable delivering training sessions, presentations, and workshops
  • Calm under pressure, with strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and ownership
  • Tech-savvy (Nice-to-have): BambooHR, Ashby, Lattice & Asana
  • Security requirements: must undergo a criminal records check upon hire
  • Work authorization: Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada
  • Willingness to comply with Solink’s security policies and standards
