Director of Revenue Strategy and Analytics

Performance Marketing

• Lead Solink’s global pipeline engine—owning strategy, execution, and measurement across all inbound and outbound marketing channels.
• Drive predictable, scalable pipeline growth across SMB, Commercial, and Enterprise segments.
• Oversee a growing team across digital marketing, field and partner marketing, and marketing operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Finance to ensure strong alignment and ROI.
• Own performance metrics and dashboards for marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Serve as the executive voice of demand generation at Solink—presenting insights, performance trends, and forecasts to the C-suite and Board.

VP of Demand Generation

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Develop and execute Solink’s financial strategy in alignment with company goals. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling to inform executive and board-level decisions.
• Lead the financial transformation required to scale from $50M–$200M+ in revenue. Implement processes, systems, and rigor that support high growth while keeping agility intact.
• Build and lead a world-class FP&A function, delivering insights and analytics that enable leadership to make smarter, faster decisions.
• Design Solink’s capital structure strategy, manage relationships with banks and investors, and lead financing initiatives. Ensure the organization is financially prepared for potential future outcomes, whether strategic partnerships, acquisitions, or public market opportunities.
• Ensure robust internal controls, compliance with GAAP/IFRS, and strong governance. Lead audit and regulatory reporting with excellence.
• Partner with the CEO in shaping the investor narrative, managing external communications, and building trust with analysts, shareholders, and the financial community.
• Evaluate and execute M&A opportunities to accelerate growth and expand market reach, including due diligence, financial modeling, and integration.

Chief Financial Officer

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Support technical accounting research and draft position papers on complex transactions (e.g., revenue, leases, and inventory valuation).
• Maintain and enhance internal controls, documentation, and audit readiness for financial reporting.
• Partner with external auditors during the interim audit and year-end audit, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery.
• Support the accurate recognition and reporting of revenue in compliance with IFRS 15.
• Oversee accounting for inventory transactions, ensuring accurate valuation and reconciliation between the ERP and operational systems.
• Lead key components of the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to deadlines.

Senior Financial Analyst – Accounting

• Analyze revenue trends by product, customer segment, and region to identify growth opportunities and risk areas.
• Partner with GTM leaders to evaluate pricing, discounting, and sales incentive structures.
• Support forecasting and budgeting cycles with detailed analysis of pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and retention performance.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs that provide real-time visibility into GTM performance.
• Oversee operating expense planning and tracking for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions.
• Conduct return-on-investment (ROI) analyses for campaigns, headcount investments, and enablement programs.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising growth objectives or customer impact.
• Act as the primary financial contact for GTM leaders, translating financial data into actionable insights.
• Provide scenario modeling and decision support for go-to-market initiatives such as territory design, compensation planning, and channel investments.
• Facilitate data-driven discussions that challenge assumptions and promote accountability.
• Collaborate with the FP&A and Revenue teams to streamline forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis processes.
• Contribute to the ongoing integration of Salesforce, NetSuite, and financial planning tools to improve visibility and automation.

Senior Financial Analyst – GTM

People Operations

• Act as People & Culture Business Partner within People Operations, reporting to Senior Manager, People & Culture
• Develop consultative partnerships with leaders across a departmental portfolio to influence business outcomes
• Coach and enable People Leaders on day-to-day P&C matters, performance conversations, feedback, and employee relations
• Leverage people data and feedback to provide recommendations on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession
• Collaborate with leaders on change management initiatives and future-proofing the organization
• Provide operational support across the employee lifecycle, including leaves, exits, title and compensation changes
• Partner with People Operations to implement programs: performance reviews, engagement surveys, compensation cycles
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, and Legal to enhance the employee experience
• Maintain knowledge of P&C trends and employment legislation; recommend improvements for culture and compliance
