Artificial Intelligence

• Develop and execute a company-wide strategy for AI capability, adoption, and enablement in partnership with leadership, Technology, Security, Legal, and business teams
• Identify the skills, behaviours, and ways of working employees will need as AI becomes increasingly embedded in work
• Build a roadmap from AI awareness to meaningful adoption and measurable impact
• Build, coordinate, and lead a cross-functional AI Superteam
• Establish the Superteam’s operating model, expectations, priorities, and cadence
• Create forums for sharing experiments, successful use cases, challenges, and emerging AI practices
• Identify high-value opportunities and scale promising AI experiments into organizational practices
• Create cross-functional knowledge-sharing mechanisms
• Design and deliver role-based AI learning experiences for employees, managers, and leaders
• Build playbooks, use-case libraries, prompt frameworks, guides, workshops, and office hours
• Help employees evaluate AI-generated work for accuracy, quality, usefulness, completeness, and appropriate human review

• Lead strategic hiring kickoff sessions covering business needs, success profiles, interview strategy, assessment criteria, and talent market realities

• Partner with business leaders on organizational goals, team design, and future talent needs
• Coach and influence leaders using market intelligence, talent availability insights, and data-informed recommendations
