Technical Product Manager

• Define and own Solink’s devices and infrastructure strategy, aligning technical investments with company growth and security objectives.

Accounting Manager

• Own end-to-end inventory and offsite equipment accountability across the company, ensuring balances are accurate, reconciled, and aligned with financial reporting and IFRS requirements
• Act as the Finance owner for inventory and offsite equipment, partnering with Operations, Deployment, Sales Ops, Supply Chain, and external partners to resolve discrepancies and drive corrective action
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end inventory and offsite equipment close activities, including reconciliations, variance analysis, root-cause investigation, journal entries, and audit-ready documentation and walkthroughs
• Identify and mitigate inventory and asset risk, including aging inventory, shrink, obsolete equipment, write-offs, and process gaps that impact gross margin or audit readiness
• Translate inventory and equipment activity into financial outcomes, ensuring proper treatment in COGS, capitalization, depreciation, amortization, and margin reporting
• Establish, document, and enforce inventory and fixed asset controls, ensuring compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and external audit requirements
• Act as a trusted advisor to Finance leadership and cross-functional partners, providing inventory and asset reporting and executive-ready insights that highlight trends, risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities across the asset lifecycle
• Continuously improve inventory, offsite equipment, and fixed asset processes, reducing manual effort and increasing system reliability and automation

Inventory Accounting Manager

Sales

• Manage Monthly Commissions
• Calculate monthly compensation, including commissions, bonuses, and SPIFFs.
• Manage our compensation management tool, CaptivateIQ.
• Prepare and send monthly reports to Revenue employees receiving variable compensation.
• Prepare and present and monthly commissions summary to the CFO, CRO, CEO and Head of Revenue Operations.
• Manage commissions disputes, escalations and adjustments.
• Calculate revenue-share payments for partners.
• Ensure all payments are accurate and submitted on time for Payroll deadlines.

• Identify ways to improve the efficiency and accuracy of our monthly commissions process through automation, plan design and reporting.
• Identify areas of risk (ie. self-reporting, manual calculations, data reconciliation, etc) and deploy mechanisms to mitigate.

• Partner with Customer Success leadership to define enablement priorities aligned to retention, adoption, and expansion goals
• Translate CS strategy and quarterly priorities into clear enablement plans and programs
• Identify skill, knowledge and behavior gaps across CS roles and address them through targeted enablement
• Prioritize enablement initiatives that measurably improve productivity and consistency through AI-assisted workflows
• Design and deliver role-based onboarding for Customer Success roles, reducing time-to-productivity
