About the role
- Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and inform purchasing decisions
- Assist with vendor tracking and communication
- Support seasonal open-to-buy planning and documentation
- Participate in physical merchandising and restocking during peak periods
- Generate product performance reports and share actionable insights
- Assist with retail event planning and staffing support during holiday programming
- Collaborate closely with the retail leadership team to understand and influence the operational and financial goals of the Amazeum store
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, economics, merchandising, or related field
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets)
- Detail-oriented with an interest in retail data and strategy
- Self-starter with excellent time management and follow-through
- Willingness to engage on the sales floor and work flexible hours during events
- Ability to participate in a three-month internship in Bentonville, Arkansas
