About the role
- Equip franchise owners with tools, strategies, and confidence to grow their in-home care businesses and build thriving operations.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to franchise owners to enhance sales performance and business acumen.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops on consultative selling, relationship-based sales, and lead conversion.
- Serve as a mentor and guide to help franchisees overcome challenges and achieve long-term success.
- Collaborate with franchise teams to develop localized sales strategies tailored to their markets.
- Support lead generation and client acquisition through training and marketing alignment.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Foster strong trusted relationships that reflect the company mission and ensure consistency in brand, sales messaging, and client experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development and/or coaching within the healthcare industry (60+ months).
- Experience in senior care or home care is a strong plus.
- Direct experience supporting franchisees or working within a franchise system is required.
- Proven ability to guide and support franchise operators to drive performance, compliance, and growth.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and performance tracking tools to monitor and optimize sales and operational metrics.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently (approximately 60+ days per year) to support franchise locations across the U.S.
- Strong communicator with passion for teaching, coaching, and mentoring.
- Sales expertise in relationship-driven and consultative selling.
- Data-savvy with ability to analyze trends and guide business decisions.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple coaching relationships simultaneously.
