Account Director responsible for clients in B2B, Consumer Services, CPG/Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle/Ecommerce or Enterprise; drive performance through integrated paid, owned and earned channels.
Lead cross-functional account teams, provide strategic counsel, optimize campaigns and enforce pivots when necessary.
Employ AI technologies and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem to enhance processes and analysis.
Use data-driven insights and measurement frameworks to inform strategy, reporting and optimizations.
Manage client retention, contract renewals, service expansions and a client portfolio with a minimum of $175K monthly recurring revenue.
Coach and develop team members and deliver timely feedback to up-level client services.
KPIs include ETCR/Expansion to Churn Ratio, MRR Closed Service Expansion Retainer, and 8.8 Average Client NPS.
MITs: Team Coaching and Development; Marketing Strategy, Development and Execution; Client Retention and Client Revenue Growth.
Requirements
Strong English proficency is requiered for this job.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline
8+ years digital marketing experience in strategic planning, consumer insights, digital integration and client services, ideally in a digital or media agency
Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction scores
