Serve as the outward face of the branch, spearheading sales, creating partnerships, and networking
Grow business by expanding existing markets and developing a robust pipeline of referral partners
Lead business expansion efforts with focus on healthy payor mix and diversification
Travel regularly for relationship management to build trust with community referral sources and expand Company reach
Serve as an ambassador, networking with referral sources including case managers, social workers, nursing facilities, VA case managers, discharge planners, hospice administrators, physicians, insurance brokers, attorneys, etc.
Network with community engagement organizations and brokerage agencies
Document, monitor, analyze, track, update, and report on generation of new revenue sources using CRM
Intake new Clients during the initial in-home consultation and onboard new Clients with outstanding customer service and careful documentation
Secure Client Services Authorizations and track expirations to ensure billed hours are collectable
Develop robust and comprehensive Care/Service Plans customized to each Client according to needs and authorized services
Manage relationships with Prospect and Current Clients and their families
Maximize profitability and growth while adhering to Oregon Administrative Rules, Federal, and State laws
Travel and relationship management as required for business development and referral cultivation

At least 3 years of Client-focused sales, account management, or healthcare experience
Experience working with a CRM or lead tracking database
Prefer bachelors or Masters in Business, Management, or Economics
