About the role

  • Manage and conduct data entry for all payer type billings for services
  • Weekly billing of multiple payer groups and entities
  • Enter, process, and track Client service authorizations
  • Prepare, print and mail invoices weekly
  • Support month-end and year-end close by ensuring all billing is done timely per Company guidelines and specific deadlines
  • Coordinate with the proper team member concerning denials in order to promptly remedy and/or reprocess
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor

  • Excellent written and oral communication and fluency in English

  • Proficient with technology, software, and electronic devices
  • Experience – a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
  • Education – an associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
