💰 $181,800 - $228,400 per year
About the role
- Partner with lines of business and horizontal Technology teams to help them flawlessly execute their top priorities
- Lead complex initiatives while ensuring well-managed, timely and effective delivery
- Escalate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders to ensure appropriate execution
- Drive all phases of project management: feasibility, definition, planning, prioritization, implementation and close out of projects
- Effectively apply project management methodology and standards, and ensure project documents are complete and up to date
- Display cross-functional teamwork, communication, negotiation and leading across all levels
- Provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
- Work with cross functional teams and influence others to work toward common goals
- Create transparency and foster relationships to adjacent teams
- Build a team strategy and develop and lead a team of associates in pursuit of top performance
- Establish metrics and utilize data to measure operational efficiency, team health, and partnership effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 7 years of Process, Project, or Program Management experience
- Preferred: Masters in Business Administration
- Preferred: 10+ years of Process, Project, or Program Management experience
- Preferred: 3+ years of Operations experience
- Preferred: 7+ years of People Management experience
- Preferred: 2+ years of Learning & Development experience
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
- Proven ability to build a team strategy and effectively develop and lead a team of associates
- Understanding of financial systems and technology processes
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- High degree of organizational skills and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
- Effective communicator with ability to create clarity amongst diverse groups
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills – ability to establish metrics and utilize data
- Asks the tough questions and challenges the status quo
