About the role

  • Lead successful delivery of complex implementation projects for deployment of field service and asset management solutions
  • Drive projects from kickoff through go-live, liaising with cross-functional teams and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Facilitate project definition, discovery, design, planning, execution and smooth launch in high-performance teams
  • Manage projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints and enforce change control
  • Build and maintain release and project plans, managing schedules, dependencies, risks, and mitigations across teams
  • Track and report on project milestones and provide regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting risks and alignment
  • Lead, coach, and motivate project team members; identify and resolve blockers or conflicts
  • Analyze and improve delivery processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and leverage tools and automation for scalable frameworks
  • Champion best practices, metrics, and high-quality standards across delivery programs
  • Coach and mentor teams to foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • PMI certification a plus
  • 9+ years' experience in software professional services technical project management
  • In-depth knowledge and experience implementing Enterprise software applications
  • Experience with client services, project management, and solution delivery in both Waterfall and Agile environments
  • Proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments through strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills including creating usable documentation and tools
  • Proven ability to present technical solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and to engage effectively with senior executives of large enterprises on both technical and business topics
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, standard PM tools and templates
  • Experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% (including possible international travel)
