About the role
- Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale client and internal initiatives, from scoping through post-launch evaluation
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align resources and priorities
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and communication cadences
- Identify and mitigate risks, remove roadblocks, and escalate issues when necessary
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals, deliverables, and timelines
- Track and report progress against milestones, KPIs, and overall project health
- Support continuous improvement by standardizing best practices, tools, and processes across projects
- Mentor junior project managers or project coordinators as the team grows
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority
- Demonstrated success leading client-facing projects or programs
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)
- PMP or other project management certification a plus
- Experience in healthtech, benefits, or SaaS environments strongly preferred
