Lead menu optimization, limited-time offers (LTOs), and new ingredient introductions
Partner with R&D to identify market trends and ensure profitable menu rollouts
Coordinate seasonal menu updates and promotional campaigns across verticals
Manage ingredient transitions, ensuring supply chain readiness and cost optimization
Act as primary conduit between front-end sales teams and back-end operations
Facilitate demand forecasting with supply chain teams, providing launch projections
Coordinate with R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, and Technology to meet program milestones
Drive accountability by tracking deliverables, escalating risks, and ensuring stakeholder commitments
Plan and deliver high-impact NPI programs spanning multiple functions
Define program objectives, success metrics, and timelines aligned with business priorities
Manage menu-related deliverables: recipes, SKUs, nutritionals, POP assets, purchase orders, site communications
Leverage tracking tools and dashboards for real-time program visibility
Analyze rollout performance, customer reception, and financial impact
Capture lessons learned and implement process improvements for future launches
Use data-driven insights to optimize program effectiveness and inform decision-making
Develop scalable NPI frameworks for high-growth environment
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in program management, project management, or operations within a fast-paced environment (startup or tech/food service experience a plus).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously, balancing strategic and tactical execution.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence without direct authority.
PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
Comfortable working in a high-growth, evolving environment.
