About the role
- Drive two primary outcomes for the data ecosystem: ensure data is well-managed and easy to govern, and ensure data is easy to find, understand, and use to enable real-time intelligent experiences
- Align product, tech, design, machine learning, risk and other horizontal partners to create a modern data ecosystem supporting innovation across the company
- Work within four domains: Data Management, Data Common Ecosystem, Data Privacy & External Data Sharing, and Data Strategy, Culture & Operations
- Demonstrate proficiency in Capital One Product Framework: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, Transformational Leadership
- Deliver product management outcomes by reimagining product solutions, finding value creation opportunities, driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
