About the role
- Lead a team dedicated to building out and expanding operational data infrastructure
- Integrate machine learning models into Capital One's ecosystem to enable smarter segmentation and decisioning
- Work closely with partner teams and business partners to identify highest leverage areas for expanding capabilities
- Collaborate with Enterprise platforms to identify new technology, patterns and data sources
- Partner with risk management to ensure processes work seamlessly end to end
- Reimagine product solutions, find value creation opportunities, and drive innovative and sustainable customer experiences
- Demonstrate proficiency across Capital One's Product Framework: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, Transformational Leadership
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration, with expectation degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products (Preferred)
- Experience building and expanding operational data infrastructure and integrating machine learning models into product ecosystems
- Experience working with Enterprise platforms to identify new technology, patterns and data sources
- Experience working with business partners and risk management to enable smarter segmentation and decisioning
- Demonstrated proficiency in Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership product practices
- Must have or be able to obtain required work authorization; Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position
