About the role
- Help shape and deliver the Energy BU’s growth agenda, driving both organic and inorganic opportunities
- Assess markets, define execution plans, and lead strategic projects
- Build and manage a strong M&A pipeline from target identification to transaction execution
- Lead due diligence and coordinate transactions
- Track progress on strategic initiatives and ensure delivery of revenue and margin goals
- Maintain market models, competitive intelligence, and industry insights
- Mentor junior team members and strengthen strategic capabilities across the BU
Requirements
- Strong background in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking
- Experience leading cross-functional projects
- Energy sector experience a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to influence at all levels and work effectively across cultures
- MBA or Master’s preferred, but not required
