Strategy

• Define and implement the company’s long-term strategic plan and break down goals into actionable, measurable plans.
• Track execution of strategic initiatives, identify bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions.
• Conduct ongoing market research and competitive intelligence to identify risks, trends, and opportunities.
• Define, implement, and monitor KPIs to measure success against strategic goals and report on performance.
• Own and continuously update the company’s strategic roadmap and recommend reprioritization or reallocation of resources.
• Lead end-to-end M&A activities: opportunity identification, due diligence, financial modeling, negotiation, and post-merger integration.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships to support business growth and innovation.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and strategic updates for board meetings and investor communications; serve as liaison with external stakeholders.
• Represent the company in strategic discussions with stakeholders in Germany and drive the Technology Ecosystem Collaboration (TEC) agenda.
