About the role
- Develops annual sales plan for cutting tools Business for Taiwan Region of Greater China
- Be accountable for delivering the topline sales target
- Be accountable for achieving the bottom line by managing margin, price and commercial expense
- Build strong relations with distributors and end customers; develop long term relationships with key distributors and customers
- Drive the commercial team, including Sales Engineer, to build a solid pipeline and implement regular review mechanisms
- Proactively and accurately manage opportunity/pipeline data in CRM and forecast accurately
- Gather, analyze and regularly share market and competitor information, news and trends with sales and application engineers
- Leverage resources with Distribution Sales teams to achieve more opportunities
- Partner with product, technology and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth product/component market promotion
- Build and manage commercial team performance and develop team capability
Requirements
- Bachelor degree major in mechanical (MBA is preferred)
- Minimal 5 year experience including metal cutting
- 5 years of relevant sales experience
- 3 years management experience
- Command of written and spoken English language
- Strong communications skills
- An expansive network that includes potential target customers and (channel implementation) partners
