Guide research process and deliverables of proprietary projects
Oversee efforts of the individuals conducting research, and write reports
Work with the senior management of the practice to develop/refine scope of studies, scheduling, budget, and client deliverables
Drive staff performance to the successful completion of studies and assure content and quality
Write/Review reports for proprietary studies and prepare presentations and all supporting documentation
Work with the project team to conduct analysis, develop appraisal and recommendations, and prepare presentations
Present the findings of the project to the client
Conduct selected primary interviews to obtain critical insights and information
Assist with the growth and development of the practice and develop junior staff
Develop/refine proposals in response to client requests, assist with business development meetings and presentations, and maintain client relationships
Identify enhancements to project deliverables and work processes
Six-month contractual assignment
Requirements
At least ten years of experience in consulting in the chemical industry
Experience developing, managing, and presenting project results to senior management, either internal or external
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a multinational team
Analytical, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Ability to manage, mentor, and motivate in a team environment to achieve results that meet or exceed client expectations
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering (preferably Chemical), or a related field; MBA is a plus
Excellent organization skills and ability to meet deadlines
Foreign language skills are a plus
Good oral and written English language skills are required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
