💰 $65,400 - $81,500 per year
About the role
- Provide project management services to project teams supporting financial and policy initiatives connected to directed payment projects in Ohio Medicaid financing
- Manage detailed project schedules, workplans, timelines, and strategies related to client engagements
- Manage workflows with project teams to ensure timely completion of client deliverables
- Track progression of project components and document decisions, next steps, and outcomes
- Produce or assist in production of client deliverables
- Assist with quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis and summarize findings into concise reports
- Assist with meeting, conference, panel, hearing planning and coordination
- Prepare for and participate in internal team and external client meetings
- Conduct research and literature reviews; analyze application of healthcare policies, programs and technology
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3-7 years in a public healthcare policy administration role and/or in the healthcare consulting industry
- Advanced degree preferred (Public Policy, Public Administration, Public Health, Health Administration, business, economics or MBA) or additional relevant experience in lieu
- 2-3 years of progressively responsible work experience in health or human services policy research, consulting and/or in a service delivery environment
- Previous project/task management experience strongly desired
- Experience delivering services on several projects simultaneously
- Experience with Medicaid preferred
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Share Point, and Asana
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and other outside audiences
- Experience organizing and coordinating the work of others
- Professional writing experience highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Time management skills
