About the role
- Educate customers about SBA lending products and structure loans
- Act as subject matter expert in client conversations
- Train front-line staff and internal partners on SBA programs
- Ensure compliance with SBA Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SBA lending
- In-depth knowledge of SBA loan programs and SOPs
- Ability to structure and present SBA loan deals
- Familiarity with SBA loan packaging and submission platforms (e.g., SBA One)
- Strong analytical and credit skills
