About the role
- Reimagine the status quo, find value creation opportunities, and drive innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology
- Drive Enterprise Data product outcomes: ensure data is well-managed and easy to govern and ensure data is easy to find, understand, and use
- Align product, tech, design, machine learning, risk and other horizontal partners to create a modern data ecosystem to support innovation across the company
- Work across Enterprise Data domains: Data Management; Data Common Ecosystem; Data Privacy & External Data Sharing; Data Strategy, Culture & Operations
- Build and maintain platforms, data warehouse, data lake, The Exchange, and data products
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks and demonstrating Capital One Product Framework proficiency
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) OR A Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products (Preferred Qualifications)
- Demonstrated proficiency in product management areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, Transformational Leadership
- Ability to align cross-functional teams (product, tech, design, machine learning, risk and other horizontal partners)
