About the role
- Drive one of the largest and most critical integrations in Capital One's history as part of the Card Core team
- Work on foundational data conversion for all platforms that power the card business
- Define strategy, solve complex challenges, and ensure seamless integration across critical systems impacting millions of customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product, technology, and business objectives
- Demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) OR A Master's Degree in a quantitative field OR an MBA with a quantitative concentration
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products (Preferred)
- Demonstrated proficiency in Product management areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, Transformational Leadership
