About the role

Lead the product team that enables and delivers the collection and analysis of data from and about Capital One's technology assets (software, databases, analytics, security, research, infrastructure)
Own scope over the tools that enable Capital One to manage its applications and cloud assets and ensure operational information is available, intelligible, performant, well-governed, and secure
Partner with technology, risk, security, and business teams to monitor performance, identify issues, and support resilience
Reimagine the status quo, find value creation opportunities, and drive innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology
Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems, translate strategy into product solutions, and drive organizational alignment

At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field OR a Master's Degree in a quantitative field OR an MBA with a quantitative concentration (degree must be obtained on or before the scheduled start date)
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products (Preferred Qualification)
Demonstrated proficiency in Capital One Product Framework areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, Transformational Leadership
Experience with operational intelligence, observability, cloud, applications, databases, analytics, security, research, and infrastructure assets
Ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive organizational alignment, and deliver product outcomes
