About the role

  • Unify CAP Marketing campaign, digital and analytics capabilities to increase collaboration, leverage and scale
  • Set strategy and drive execution of Campaign Center of Excellence (Manila), Digital Performance (Atlanta and NY) and Marketing Operations (NY and Manila)
  • Partner with enterprise digital and revenue operations to align martech, CRM stack, measurement and attribution
  • Lead development and execution of annual and long-range plans to enhance operational efficiency and impact of CAP Marketing
  • Collaborate with CAP Marketing senior leadership to inform organizational design, capacity and technology planning
  • Develop partnerships with Enterprise Digital and Technology to maximize martech and data leverage
  • Harmonize CAP Marketing functions including campaign execution, martech stack development and unified metrics and reporting
  • Provide executive-level reporting and actionable insights for monthly or quarterly business reviews
  • Develop and manage budgets reflecting long-term strategic needs
  • Enable operational activities, workshops, training and forums to keep CAP Marketing team updated on digital marketing and technology
  • Nurture relationships with leadership across Marketing, the business and the Enterprise to align strategies and processes
  • Communicate progress with clarity and transparency to demonstrate value and alignment with business objectives
  • Lead a global team to maximize operational and technological leverage while nurturing talent with focus on growth and accountability

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on marketing operations, analytics and martech
  • Strong technical knowledge of MarTech tools and platforms, including Adobe MarTech stack, Google Marketing Cloud, Salesforce and Marketo
  • Strong knowledge of and experience building marketing analytics and reporting tools
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing multiple teams and driving team performance
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and within a large, matrixed organization
  • Ability to work across time zones as part of a multi-cultural and geographically dispersed team
  • Passionate about achieving positive results for the business
  • Compelling storyteller with the ability to communicate business value through data to senior management and teammates
  • Experience in accelerating growth in a fast-moving, fluid environment where user experience/customer expectations are changing rapidly
  • Experience in successfully managing senior leadership interactions as well as the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing strategies and digital data architecture and modelling
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
