About the role
- Define customer experiences, implement cutting-edge technology, and navigate complex regulatory requirements across the payment ecosystem
- Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, operations specialists, and business partners to shape product strategy
- Develop, launch, and enhance payment experiences that meet customer needs across lending and deposit products
- Ensure efficient and secure processing of wire transfers (domestic and international), including handling high-value and time-sensitive transactions
- Lead strategy for leveraging enriched regulatory-driven data, ideate automation capabilities for high-value payments, and enhance user-friendly self-service options
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) OR A Master's Degree in a quantitative field OR an MBA with a quantitative concentration
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products (Preferred)
