• Own the technical delivery of Cape’s products into federal and national security customer environments—from first prototype through operational acceptance and sustainment
• Embed with customer teams around the world to understand workflows, threat models, and constraints that don’t appear in any requirements document
• Configure, integrate, and tune Cape’s mobile core capabilities against the specific mission profile of each deployment
• Lead customer exercises, pilots, and demonstrations; structure them to produce decision-quality evidence rather than theater
• Provide direct technical support during live operations and incidents; conduct root-cause analyses and drive preventive fixes back into the platform
• Write production-grade code to build the glue, integrations, tooling, and one-off capabilities that unblock customer deployments
• Prototype new product features in the field, validate them against real mission use, and work with core engineering teams to expand on successful hypotheses
• Translate customer mission requirements into clear, prioritized engineering asks; translate engineering constraints back into language program officers and operators can act on
• Advocate internally for customer priorities with concrete evidence: deployment data, operator quotes, blocking issues, and the cost of inaction
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to inform the roadmap—surfacing patterns across deployments that warrant platform investment versus one-off solutions
• Partner with Business Development and Solutions Architects on captures, pilots, and follow-on opportunities; provide the technical credibility that converts pilots into programs of record

Solutions Engineer

• Own the engagement with a new/early customer. You’ll be boots on the ground working with our customers to understand their challenges and deploy our technology.
• Cultivate relationships at all levels of seniority. Understand the ground-level problems we’re solving. Burn through frozen-middle bureaucracies to clear a path to success. Create and deliver executive presentations to ensure buy-in from above.
• Work fluidly with product and engineering to ensure product direction aligns with our customers’ on-the-ground reality. You must be able to influence cross-team members to direct the appropriate resources to customer objectives.
• Responsible for leading product rollout and integration at customer locations, ensuring alignment between product development and operational requirements. Must serve as the on-site technical implementation point of contact, capable of independently adapting and deploying solutions, and effectively coordinating cross-functional teams to support customer objectives.
• In this role, you will need to demonstrate a high degree of interdependence. This means you'll be empowered to make decisions and lead initiatives, but you will also know when to leverage the expertise of our engineering and product teams to ensure successful execution. We want someone who understands the difference between a good idea and a great one worth pursuing. The right person will have the judgment to know when to bet big on a concept and when to walk away, conserving resources and effort for what truly matters.

Technical Recruiter

• Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly recruiting goals and hiring targets
• Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates while moving interview process forward in a timely manner
• Partner with all departments/Hiring Managers on their full-cycle recruiting needs
• Build talent pipelines for multiple technical job requisitions at any given time
• Develop a close business relationship with hiring managers, interview teams and executives to influence scoping of roles and ensuring interview team alignment
• Partner with hiring teams to deeply understand hiring needs and requirements of the role and the ideal candidate, and develop unique full cycle hiring strategies and interview criteria for each role
