• Your role as **Customer Service Agent** is the heart of our customer relationships in Germany.
• End-to-end customer support: Be the first point of contact for our pharmacy customers (B2B) and support them from onboarding and the first order through to a long-term partnership.
• Order management: You are responsible for ensuring orders are processed smoothly, monitoring delivery status, and making sure our products arrive safely and on time with our partners.
• Problem resolution: In case of delivery delays, complaints, or complex inquiries, you respond proactively, solution-focused, and always with the highest service quality.
