Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end launch of Montu in Poland
- Own and manage daily operations for Montu Poland
- Develop and execute market entry and growth strategy
- Build and manage relationships with importers, wholesalers and suppliers

Requirements
What you’ll need- A genuine entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong track record of leading small-to-medium teams
- Experience owning or working closely with P&L responsibility
- Experience navigating Polish regulatory and licensing requirements
- Strong strategic thinking
- Fluent Polish and strong professional English, written and spoken
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
