About the role
- Design and implement information systems that support C1’s business objectives
- Develop comprehensive system architectures to meet business needs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Oversee integration of various business systems to ensure seamless communication and data flow
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and evaluate their relevance to the organization
- Align system architecture with overall business strategy and contribute to IT strategic planning
- Identify and address potential security and compliance risks associated with system architecture
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of system architectures, processes, and configurations
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues and provide problem resolution expertise
- Manage change impact for business processes or technology to ensure smooth transitions for end-users
- Develop training materials and provide end-user support
- Implement and enforce best practices for system development and quality assurance
- Define and establish KPIs to measure effectiveness of business processes and strategic goals
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement through new technologies and business practices
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners for solution evaluation and selection
- Lead and participate in peer reviews of solution designs and business processes
- Create process flowcharts, diagrams, and related documentation
- Participate in design process of new features and enhancements to existing software
- Maintain understanding of current Data Engineering techniques, methodologies, tools, and technologies
- Provide database integrations and data migrations between applications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or other business related field
- 8+ years’ experience with Business process architecture or advanced Business Analysis
- Experience with ERP, ITMS and CRM systems
- 8+ years’ experience managing reporting and dashboard solutions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Master’s degree (preferred)
- Experience in Agile development (preferred)
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of software engineering principles, methodologies, and procedures (preferred)
- Knowledge of architecture tools (preferred)
- Experience leading Business Analysts (preferred)
- Completes role specific training, certifications, or attend industry events as assigned by the manager on an annual basis
