About the role

Design, implement, and support Enterprise Content Management solutions for clients
Lead the design and implementation of Enterprise Content Management solutions, including OpenText Content Management suite
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and develop customized Enterprise Content Management strategies
Provide technical expertise and support during the deployment and integration of Enterprise Content Management systems
Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure successful adoption of Enterprise Content Management solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Enterprise Content Management systems
Manage end-to-end implementation independently
Facilitate and lead blueprint design and requirements workshops
Maintain advanced customer-facing skills and build client relationships
Stay up to date with the latest Enterprise Content Management technologies and trends

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management consulting and implementation
Proficiency in Enterprise Content Management platforms such as OpenText ECM, OpenText Documentum, IBM FileNet, Microsoft SharePoint, etc.
Strong understanding of Enterprise Content Management principles, including document management, workflow automation, and records management
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Demonstrate keen interest in learning new technologies
Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Greek and English
