About the role
- Design, implement, and support Enterprise Content Management solutions for clients
- Lead the design and implementation of Enterprise Content Management solutions, including OpenText Content Management suite
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and develop customized Enterprise Content Management strategies
- Provide technical expertise and support during the deployment and integration of Enterprise Content Management systems
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure successful adoption of Enterprise Content Management solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Enterprise Content Management systems
- Manage end-to-end implementation independently
- Facilitate and lead blueprint design and requirements workshops
- Maintain advanced customer-facing skills and build client relationships
- Stay up to date with the latest Enterprise Content Management technologies and trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management consulting and implementation
- Proficiency in Enterprise Content Management platforms such as OpenText ECM, OpenText Documentum, IBM FileNet, Microsoft SharePoint, etc.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Content Management principles, including document management, workflow automation, and records management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Demonstrate keen interest in learning new technologies
- Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Greek and English
