About the role

  • Lead and manage a team of solution architects and consultants delivering D365 Finance and Operations projects
  • Oversee full lifecycle ERP, CRM, and other Enterprise Systems implementations and integrations ensuring alignment with business goals and SOX compliance requirements
  • Serve as a senior solution architect for complex supply chain and finance implementations
  • Develop and refine best practices for ERP delivery including project management, data migration, and business process optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Drive strategic initiatives to expand service offerings and improve delivery efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in ERP consulting and delivery, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
  • Proven track record of leading ERP implementations
  • Strong background in supply chain management, order processing, and warehouse management
  • Experience designing and optimizing business processes to support scalable ERP solutions
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM, UltiPro HRIS, Power BI, Data Warehousing, and Cobblestone LMS
  • Prior experience in a leadership role, managing teams and driving strategic initiatives
  • Experience with IT compliance standards (e.g., SOX) preferred
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
