About the role
- Lead and manage a team of solution architects and consultants delivering D365 Finance and Operations projects
- Oversee full lifecycle ERP, CRM, and other Enterprise Systems implementations and integrations ensuring alignment with business goals and SOX compliance requirements
- Serve as a senior solution architect for complex supply chain and finance implementations
- Develop and refine best practices for ERP delivery including project management, data migration, and business process optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Drive strategic initiatives to expand service offerings and improve delivery efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in ERP consulting and delivery, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Proven track record of leading ERP implementations
- Strong background in supply chain management, order processing, and warehouse management
- Experience designing and optimizing business processes to support scalable ERP solutions
- Experience with Dynamics CRM, UltiPro HRIS, Power BI, Data Warehousing, and Cobblestone LMS
- Prior experience in a leadership role, managing teams and driving strategic initiatives
- Experience with IT compliance standards (e.g., SOX) preferred
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
