• Be the point person for the client—advising, guiding, and translating technical jargon into boardroom clarity.

• You will liaise with our clients and technicians to ensure efficient management of service interventions and schedules.
• Your role is to take responsibility for the management and administration of the projects assigned to you.
• Plan technicians' assignments based on their qualifications, specialties, and the estimated duration of interventions.
