About the role
- Responsible for selling bswift’s Evive digital personalized engagement solution that increases utilization of key benefits programs to help bend the cost curve.
- Drive net new business sales and growth of existing business; new customer acquisition and existing customer up-sell.
- Act as a key player on bswift’s field sales team to drive net new business and growth of existing business.
- Collaborate with Growth team and Evive to ensure the right solution is sold.
- Drive complex sales cycles by orchestrating internal processes of solution consultants, business case, proposal management, and sales support.
- Implement value-selling processes alongside a wealth of knowledge of Evive’s products and portfolio.
- Use consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers, channel partners, and the broker/consulting community.
- Cultivate and expand a strong industry network of employers, channel partners/health plans, and brokers/consultants.
- Capitalize on strategic accounts and channel partner sales in a dynamic, team-selling environment.
Requirements
- Experience selling directly to employers, via channel partnerships (ex. Health plans) and through the broker/consulting community.
- B.A or equivalent years of experience required.
- Understand the strategic competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position Evive across different verticals (employer vs. channel).
- Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with channel partners/health plans and brokers/consultants.
- Demonstrated a successful sales track record and industry network.
- Prior sales experience of selling disruptive solutions in the healthcare and benefits space.
- Experience as a leader in a team selling environment.
- Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
- Self-motivated, tenured sales executive with an extensive network and consultative selling skills.
