Contribute: You’ll be a member of a Claims IT development team that collaborates with our business partners to build innovative IT systems.
Analyze, estimate, develop and execute comprehensive manual and automated testing strategies.
Conduct risk analysis of changes to system(s) while considering customer impact and system requirements.
Documenting, tracking, reporting of system bugs/defects and re-execution of testing strategies to ensure the changes meet the system requirements.
Work closely with Engineers/Product Analysts to solve complex issues and define project plans.
Requirements
Associate Degree in Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Bachelors Degree preferred.
Minimum of 1 year related work experience, 2 years related work experience preferred.
Strong communication skills – written, verbal.
Understanding of insurance industry practices, along with knowledge in automated testing tools, methodologies and IT testing techniques and concepts preferred.
