- Analyze, estimate, develop and execute comprehensive manual and automated testing strategies.
- Conduct risk analysis of changes to system(s) while considering customer impact and system requirements.
- Documenting, tracking, reporting of system bugs/defects and re-execution of testing strategies to ensure the changes meet the system requirements.
- Work closely with Engineers/Product Analysts to solve complex issues and define project plans.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience, 2 years related work experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills – written, verbal.
- Understanding of insurance industry practices, along with knowledge in automated testing tools, methodologies and IT testing techniques and concepts preferred.
- Experienced in Microsoft applications.
