Analyst

• Assists Account Executives/Benefits Consultants in preparing requests for proposals, renewals of benefit coverages, contracts, summary plan descriptions, agreements, etc.
• Works with clients and markets to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Performs routine service functions for the clients.
• Confers with Consultant to identify, plan, and develop methods and procedures to obtain greater efficiency and effectiveness of benefit programs.
• Assists Consultant with review of contracts, summary plan descriptions, agreements, etc., for accuracy.

Benefits Analyst

• Provide direct customer service support for Tribal Commercial Lines clients
• Issue appropriate documentation as needed including certificates of insurance, auto insurance ID cards, etc.
• Compose or assist in composition of highly technical or sensitive correspondence
• Complete applications, negotiate with underwriters and prepare proposals for new and renewal business proposals/offerings

• Partner with an assigned producer to solve and handle account issues independently.

• Negotiate and obtain quotes, marketing approximately 30% of the book of business.
• Help customers understand their insurance policies and determine individual service needs.
• Lead the renewal process by obtaining quotes and claims experience from various carriers.
• Act as a liaison between producer and customer by obtaining updates and ordering documents needed for renewal.
• Prepare and complete Insurance Coverage Reviews if needed.

Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager
