• Deliver Integrated Planning Reporting & Analytics
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for demand and supply planning data to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders, including but not restricted to: KPIs, Root Cause analysis, Monthly demand planning reports, Demand Review dashboards, rolling forecast tracker, 24Mo EMEA demand plan consolidation
• Support EMEA Demand Planning and Supply Planning teams on all analytics needs, including identifying automation opportunities and execute them through available tools such as Knime and Power BI

Integrated Planning Analyst, EMEA

Compliance

• Handle daily operations with the Canadian Customs Broker and other related parties to ensure timely clearance of shipments and compliance with Canada import laws and Brooks policies
• Conduct daily Canada CADentry audits and provide approval to brokers to submit to Canada Customs
• Investigate and resolve Canada shipment discrepancies and file entry amendments as needed
• Manage relationship with Canada Customs brokers, conduct quarterly business reviews, report monthly broker KPIs, and maintain SOP and account databases
• Manage CARM and Single Window programs with CBS
• Validate and approve duty invoices for payment
• Own and manage the Canada returns process, create US Customs clearance documents, collaborate with Freight Forwarder and US warehouse, and reconcile shipment data
• Manage Canada drawback filings and required recordkeeping to ensure regulatory compliance and timely refunds
• Serve as primary point of contact for courier shipment issues and manage customs clearance delays
• Provide customs clearance support for Canada marketing and/or race event shipments

Trade Compliance Analyst

Manager

• Lead the team responsible for the overall strategic technology roadmap for major applications used in the planning, design, development and marketing of Brooks’ products, including Product Information Management (PIM) and Product Lifecycle Management (FlexPLM).
• Manage the overall technology relationship with vendor partners, identify and ensure enhancements are delivered successfully and ensure production service levels are met.

• As the Director, Merchandising Planning, you will lead the product creation planning process and the merchandise financial plan for our global footwear business. You will be accountable for meeting 5-year Footwear business targets through forecasting, short and long-term go in margin strategy, pricing strategy, and product performance efficiency through partnering with cross-functional teams and utilizing market analytics.
• As the leader of product creation planning process, you will drive extreme enterprise accountability and will play a significant role in Brooks’ overall profitability. To do this effectively, you must be a confident and flexible leader of interdisciplinary, global teams where collaboration is imperative. You have an approach and point of view that starts and ends with the runner. You leverage product and business scenario planning to create and nurture a cohesive and aligned product direction that elevates and drives the impact of our product line to meet the company’s business objectives.
• You will support, motivate, and influence a global footwear team spanning multiple time zones and cultures. You will lead the Merchandise Planning team responsible costing and planning, forecasting and planning and market analytics to optimize our product calendar, expedite time to market and ensure alignment with enterprise growth objectives.

Director, Footwear Merchandise Planning

Affiliate Manager

Own the Affiliate Program strategy and expand program to content, influencers, and partner networks to drive incremental revenue, grow runners one digital referral at a time, and open new marketing/advertising opportunities for the brand
Own the direct-to-consumer mail strategy and process, completing the brief, pagination, and creative execution with cross-functional teams
Own tactical planning for key marketing campaigns (Tier 2,3) for affiliate and direct mail programs
Manage partner agencies and external vendors, providing them with clear direction and strategic leadership
Own request process for program creative needs and contribute to design feedback in partnership with manager for direct mail campaigns

Account Manager

• Note: This role is based in Northern California and is responsible for the entire Northern California territory.
• The Territory Manager is responsible for driving Brooks product sales and growth within their designated specialty accounts within a specific territory. You will manage specific sell-in and sell-thru aspects of business across Brooks categories including footwear, apparel, accessories, and socks. This includes managing seasonal sell-in and in-season sell-through across each of the designated accounts, generating strong and consistent growth results against our annual goals in revenue and profit.
