Engineer

• Lead trials and commercialization on a portfolio of projects for all key manufacturing processes and technologies in the Brooks lineup, from innovation sample to production with end-to-end accountability
• Lead the collaboration and design of procedures on processes, trials and documentation for end-to-end full processes of the entire product cycle
• Partner with Innovation on new technologies, Manufacturing Engineering on standardization of processes and Lean Manufacturing on delivery of the right processes and QA to ensure quality and Commercialization to bring to market
• Utilize your expert understanding of the footwear manufacturing process with the ability to teach the concepts to the broader team and proactively recommend changes to processes to enhance overall product quality and performance
• Own the documentation and trial design for a portfolio of projects and synthesize the work of the Product Engineers, FOM into a fully end to end PFC with current process
• Own the transfer of technology from innovation to commercialization for the full manufacturing process of the shoes
• Engage and build relationships with development managers to align on standards, materials, and methods
• Own the review of component construction, pattern and process at the product factory for more advanced models
• Review and confirm wear test shoes received from factories
• Ensure the team’s products are manufactured according to approved product specifications, including functional and aesthetic performance specifications
• Work closely with QA teams to improve our footwear standards and construction methods
• Collaborate with tooling engineering team to review critical wear test samples, production tools, and best practices and identify any gaps/issues and implement solutions
• Be an expert resource to assist USA/Asia DP, Factory and Production Teams from an automation perspective on upper pattern, upper molds and tooling concerns for production
• Provide solutions, options and benefits/risks to address issues as they arise during the early stages of design/development
• Lead and support problem solving and resolve issues/opportunities across the Commercialization team
• Develop standards and templates to ensure best practices are documented for technologies and processes. and manage the proliferation of the process documentation with affected locations
• Research, analyze and evaluate new and emerging technologies and recommend feasible options for Brooks
• May manage up to 1 direct report - including goal setting, performance review, hiring decisions, team culture, etc. and support their career development to ensure job satisfaction, retention and to identify and develop bench strength
• Mentor and support more junior teammates
• Ensure standard processes are followed across all factories

Senior Product Manufacturing Engineer – Future of Manufacturing

Account Manager

• Develop and implement seasonal sales forecasts, product sales plans and annual revenue goals for each assigned key account
• Identify business opportunities within your accounts and partner with the Sales Manager on the development of sales programs that drive sell thru at retail
• Own the communication and execution of sales programs that position Brooks as the leader in performance running
• Report to, and support, the Sales Manager on ensuring Key Account revenue growth
• Lead all seasonal sell in presentations to ensure backlog growth and increase market share at all key accounts
• Take an active role in retail promotions at all National Accounts
• Work closely with National Account Marketing Manager to develop seasonal marketing programs
• Participate in planning and execution of product education events in conjunction with Sales management and marketing
• Develop and maintain good customer rapport and a positive image
• Conduct regular meetings with key accounts to analyze plan performance to identify opportunities or maximize performance
• Partner with Product Management and Marketing on product issues, improvements on existing products, new product requirements and competitive information
• Maintain current awareness of competitors, competitive product lines and programs and share relevant information with the sales team
• Complete and submit on a timely basis expense reports, business activity of each assigned account and key account strategy development

Key Account Manager – Level I

Outside Sales

• Develop brand concepts and strategic sales programs for France/Sales Rep’s territories that drive sell thru at retail and position Brooks as the leader in performance running.
• Manage the Special Running Account Associations, as well as all Buying Group (GSG) retailers and the defined 360° accounts within Sales Rep territories.
• Manage the Sales Reps for assigned accounts ensuring they are managing current orders, obtaining future seasonal orders, maintaining relationships with all relevant stakeholders at each account and contributing to ongoing forecasting and revenue planning.
• Continually manage account P&L to insure key account profitability.
• Manage and develop the French Sales Rep team by providing coaching and mentorship to strengthen their capabilities and support their professional growth.
• Observe employee performance, provide immediate feedback, and identify any training needs. May conduct initial performance discussions.
• Define and drive the SRA and Buying Group (GSG) footwear, Apparel and Bra strategy as well as the revenue plan for Switzerland.
• Develop brand concepts, strategic sales forecasts, product sales plans, and annual revenue goals for each assigned account.
• Partner with the Tech Rep Sup France on establishing and executing sell thru plans for defined accounts in the respective channel of the Sales Rep Teams.
• Lead all strategic presentations at HQ level at Buying Groups and Strategic Accounts to increase market share at all accounts for both footwear and apparel withing the Sales Rep’s Territories.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop strategic and seasonal marketing programs, including in-store promotions, expos, online and omnichannel etc.
• Partner with Product Management and Marketing on product issues, improvements on existing products, new product requirements and competitive information.
• Consolidate field feedback on competitor products, programs and services, as well as marketplace activities and draw insights and formulate recommendations.
• Support the Senior Sales manager and Business planner, France in all business and special projects.

Field Sales Manager

Compliance

• As the Trade Compliance Manager APAC(Asia Pacific Region), you will be responsible for managing, educating and enforcing import and export Trade Compliance within the APAC region.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Achieve and report compliance performance benchmarks as well as communicate duty savings opportunities and changes in the regulatory environment.
• Contribute to the APAC region Trade Compliance strategy and set goals for maintaining a best-in-class Trade Compliance program.
• Partner with local Customs authorities.
• Design the regional compliance organization.
• Monitor regulatory developments across China, Vietnam, Indonesia, and wider APAC markets; assess business impact and lead proactive adaptation plans.
• Oversee customs compliance activities for imports and exports across the APAC region.
• Strengthen and expand FTA management.
• Collaborate effectively with customs brokers, logistics providers, and internal partners to maintain compliant, efficient import/export flows.
