About the role
- The Creative Account Manager is a relationship-builder— someone who connects with clients, understands their goals, and helps bring thoughtful gifting ideas to life
- Account Managers do more than manage the day-to-day project execution — they guide the early planning stages, make sure the client’s needs are clear, the right teams are looped in, and ensure everyone’s set up to do great work
- As a trusted gifting advisor, you’re responsible for uncovering new gifting opportunities with clients, influencing decision-making, and ensuring every gifting initiative is set up to deliver revenue, margin, and long-term success
- Serve as the primary strategic partner to clients — cultivating strong relationships through regular touch points and consultative guidance
- Consistently meets or exceeds revenue and margin goals
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-time experience in customer success, client services, sales or account management
- Proven track record owning revenue targets
- Strong relationship-builder with high emotional intelligence and executive presence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tech savvy - working experience with platforms like Salesforce, Slack, Google Suite, ticketing system like Front is a plus
- A mindset of ownership and continuous improvement
