About the role
- Recruiter on a 6 month contract delivering high-volume, high-quality sales and customer service hires for the French market
- Manage high volumes of applications, ensuring a fair, positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
- Source, attract and pipeline top talent using multiple channels and proactive sourcing techniques
- Proactively source talent for challenging roles and devise creative solutions when talent pools are limited
- Drive hiring quality by effectively assessing candidate suitability and acting quickly on strong candidates
- Manage and guide candidates and stakeholders through offer management to secure top talent
- Ensure Ashby (recruitment platform) is used correctly to maintain data integrity for reporting
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience recruiting in fast-paced commercial businesses
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Hands-on, can-do attitude; self-motivated and result-driven
- Proven track record of developing effective strategies and practical solutions to hire quickly
- Focus on quality and strong attention to detail
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
- Bias to action and capability to deliver good work quickly
- Strong alignment with company values
