About the role

  • Lead client collaborations, acting as the primary contact and project manager for a team of Brightvision marketing specialists
  • Drive measurable success for clients by providing strategic guidance and proposing new ideas
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on marketing matters and proactively provide insights and recommendations
  • Ensure high-quality results and deliverables through strategic planning and efficient coordination
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Identify upsell opportunities and long-term collaborations through strategic advisory
  • Stay updated on B2B marketing trends and implement best practices
  • Coordinate and lead specialists to deliver content production, automation, performance marketing, and strategic consulting

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a project manager in B2B marketing or a similar role
  • Agency experience is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and campaign execution
  • Comfortable planning and executing digital marketing campaigns focusing on inbound, demand generation, content, and performance marketing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Curious about productivity tools like ChatGPT and AI solutions
  • Hands-on experience in at least one of Brightvision’s service areas: content, performance marketing, or MarTech
  • Hands-on experience in Brightvision’s Inbound offerings: strategic digital marketing advisory; content (copywriting and/or design); performance marketing (social media, programmatic, search, display, etc.)
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
  • Preferably working from Gothenburg (remote-based is also possible)
  • Open to a 1-year parental leave cover; candidates should be open to freelance monthly invoicing
