Controller

• Alert down-line and other out-stations to secure emergency maintenance that will cover unforeseen maintenance problems and ensure the proper arrangements are made for timely repairs
• Monitor aircraft maintenance operations and provide technical assistance to ensure all repairs are completed in accordance with Company and CFRs and maintain safety and on-time operation of flight operations
• Maintain continuous liaison with IOCC, providing current and continuing reports of the general mechanical status of the entire fleet and coordinating maintenance requirements during irregular operations to minimize extra costs and disruptions
• Ensure all inoperative systems are operated and maintained in accordance with the MEL, Configuration Deviation List (CDL) or other Company approved deferrals, and take necessary measures to correct these items
• Ensure of the timely repair of all aircraft with a repetitive history, soliciting or requesting any additional technical information necessary, and directing actions to be taken to minimize cost and unnecessary part replacement
• Coordinate as necessary with other Maintenance areas to ensure availability of required components, parts, and/or troubleshooting expertise to expedite maintenance and repair of aircraft at maintenance base or at down-line stations
• Coordinate Ferry Flights or Functional Check Flights with all concerned departments
• Notify appropriate management Team Members in the event of an incident or accident, in accordance with instructions in the ERM
• Notify the DOM of any situation or practice not within Maintenance Manual requirements that could compromise safety or add unnecessary costs to the Maintenance department
• Perform other duties as assigned

Maintenance Controller

Operations

• The Area Manager oversees all Guest Services ground activities and day-to-day operations in their assigned locations while providing leadership and motivation to all team members including business partner teams
• Responsible for safety programs to ensure a safe workplace for Team Members, Guests, Business Partners, aircraft, ground service equipment, and facilities at their assigned station
• Hold ground service providers accountable to DOT, FAA, and Breeze guidelines
• Manage and plan station costs in operating plan and administer and maintain the station operations budget for their assigned stations
• Accountable for all internal and external regulatory matters
• Conduct station audits and reviews
• Develops and manages talent in the area, including hiring, coaching and workforce planning
• Take action, as deemed necessary, to resolve any problems or situations that may compromise safety compliance

Area Manager, Airport Operations and Guest Services

Human Resources

• Configure and maintain Workday modules with minimal supervision.
• Design and run advanced reports and dashboards; perform data analysis for HR initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between HR and IT to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and release management.
• Train HR team members and end users on Workday best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
• Act as a Workday SME to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate the application of upgrades or fixes.

HRIS Analyst

Compliance

• Manage a region of airports in respect to airport training & compliance to Guest Service Procedures
• Participate in conducting airport training for Breeze and Business Partner team members
• Prepare Business Partners at new station launches and bring them up to Breeze standard
• Make regular station visits to complete audits as part of Breeze audit program
• Assist in the training of new and existing processes for Airports and Guest Services
• Adhere to processes and controls that ensure the currency of crew members
• Ensure all training record regulatory requirements and qualification management procedures are strictly enforced
• Regularly report to the Administrator and company leadership as required by regulations and company procedures
• Communicate with internal learning stakeholders and business partners to schedule Team Member training events
• Actively communicate with Airports Policies and Procedures team about training content updates
• Serve as liaison between regulatory Training Departments, other departments, and contract training facilities
• Serve as End User for the management of the Qualification Training Management System (QTMS)
• Assist the Airport Training Manager with internal and external (FAA, DOD, IOSA, etc.) training records and qualification audits

Regional Airport Compliance Specialist

Accounting Manager

• Oversee airline-specific accounting areas: aircraft leases (ASC 842), maintenance reserves and heavy maintenance capitalization, frequent flyer/loyalty program liabilities (ASC 606), passenger revenue recognition, and airport incentive agreements
• Direct monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Oversee all federal, state, and local tax compliance (income, excise, payroll, property, and fuel taxes) and develop tax strategies
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and ensure timely, accurate filing of all returns
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments to assess tax impacts
• Lead preparation and certification of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements) and related disclosures
• Maintain compliance with GAAP, SEC regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), and applicable FAA and DOT financial reporting requirements
• Serve as primary liaison with external auditors to achieve clean audit opinions
• Lead development of accounting and tax policies, systems, and controls to meet SEC, IRS and PCAOB standards for IPO readiness

Vice President, Principal Accounting Officer

Analyst

• Administer and support compensation programs including base pay, incentive programs, bonus administration, and salary structure maintenance.
• Conduct detailed analyses of job roles, market data, and internal pay equity to ensure fair and competitive compensation practices.
• Support the annual merit and performance review cycles, including salary and bonus recommendations.
• Participate in salary surveys, conduct benchmarking, and develop recommendations to maintain market competitiveness.
• Partner with managers and recruiters to provide guidance on job offers, promotions, internal salary adjustments, and job evaluations.
• Leverage advanced Excel and other analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Workday reporting, PayFactors reporting) to analyze large data sets, identify trends, and create dashboards.
• Generate, validate, and interpret compensation reports, providing insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Conduct regular pay equity and compliance analyses to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations (FLSA, wage & hour laws, etc.).

Compensation Analyst

• Maintain air-to-ground radio communications and log all relevant operational details.
• Coordinate with Airport Operations to assign gates for RONs (Remain Overnight aircraft) and incoming flights.
• Provide timely updates to all relevant departments regarding diversions, charters, and ferry movements.
• Maintain real-time communications with IOCC, TechOps, Materials, Baggage Chat, and other station chat groups via Teams.
• Keep managers and supervisors informed about Irregular Operations (IROPs) and other disruptions affecting the operation.
• Perform visual inspections of cargo bins during all stages of loading process to ensure compliance with load plan.
• In partnership with Guest Service Agents, monitor and follow up on RUSH, delayed, and delivered baggage through Baggage Chat.
• Ensure all required forms are properly completed and compliant, including Security Search documentation, Tow Logs, and Radio Logs.
• Manage and file all required compliance paperwork, including tow logs, security searches, POIs, GSC Tag Outs, and Return to Service forms.
• Collect and review flight paperwork for accuracy, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and detailing any delays in a flight timeline.
• Record and verify fuel slips and dual verification for every flight and charter.
• Maintain Crew Apps and accurately log fuel slips.
• Enter delay codes into NS2 as required.

Operations Coordinator

Administration

• Support the Inflight operations primarily in co-domicile
• Perform and track EZ checks at co-domicile, communicating any findings to primary base supervisor
• Support departures at co-domiciles by removing obstacles for the Inflight crew
• Liaison between Stations and Inflight for co-domicile
• Support on-time operations, boarding, tidying cabin, quick turns
• Point of contact for receiving packages at co-domicile
• Delay investigation and disputes for assigned bases
• Administer and manage flight attendant parking passes for assigned bases
• Scheduling of flight attendant check-ins, investigative meetings and corrective actions meetings in assigned bases

In-Flight Support Administrator

Systems Engineer

• Review and take action in response to Airworthiness Directives (AD) to ensure compliance with FAA, ANAC, and other regulatory agency requirements and guidance
• Review and disposition aircraft systems Service Bulletins, Service Letters, modifications, and other engineering technical documents for applicability, systems safety and reliability, and economical benefits
• Serve as the focal point for business partners on resolving technical issues relating to aircraft systems and related components
• Develop aircraft systems components installations and upgrades as required to meet technical airworthiness and operational requirements
• Evaluate new aircraft systems technologies potential value and contribution to the airline operational and business objectives
• Develop technical data required for modifications, repairs, and troubleshooting of aircraft systems and related components
• Obtain regulatory approval for modifications and repairs performed on aircraft systems and components
• Develop customized procedures and special criteria for repairs, modifications, inspections, and other maintenance actions which are not addressed in existing manuals
