Maintain air-to-ground radio communications and log all relevant operational details.
Coordinate with Airport Operations to assign gates for RONs (Remain Overnight aircraft) and incoming flights.
Provide timely updates to all relevant departments regarding diversions, charters, and ferry movements.
Maintain real-time communications with IOCC, TechOps, Materials, Baggage Chat, and other station chat groups via Teams.
Keep managers and supervisors informed about Irregular Operations (IROPs) and other disruptions affecting the operation.
Perform visual inspections of cargo bins during all stages of loading process to ensure compliance with load plan.
In partnership with Guest Service Agents, monitor and follow up on RUSH, delayed, and delivered baggage through Baggage Chat.
Ensure all required forms are properly completed and compliant, including Security Search documentation, Tow Logs, and Radio Logs.
Manage and file all required compliance paperwork, including tow logs, security searches, POIs, GSC Tag Outs, and Return to Service forms.
Collect and review flight paperwork for accuracy, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and detailing any delays in a flight timeline.
Record and verify fuel slips and dual verification for every flight and charter.
Maintain Crew Apps and accurately log fuel slips.
Enter delay codes into NS2 as required.
Requirements
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
Must be at least 18 years of age
Previous experience in airport operations including ramp operations and/or ground handling
Ability to work in an airport environment, including indoor office settings and ramp exposure as necessary.
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently and remain on feet for extended periods as needed.
Must be able to work a Shift-based schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Possess at least two of the below required documentation to acquire Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge at the Orlando International Airport: US Birth Certificate; US Passport; US or Canadian Drivers License; Social Security Card; Insurance Card; Walker ID; Military ID; Birth Certificate; Certificate of Naturalization; US-DS1350 - Certification of Birth Abroad.
Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively between multiple departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft products.
Knowledge of aviation compliance and documentation procedures is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Willingness to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft when working or traveling on Breeze flights, if time permits.
