About the role

  • Support the Inflight operations primarily in co-domicile
  • Perform and track EZ checks at co-domicile, communicating any findings to primary base supervisor
  • Support departures at co-domiciles by removing obstacles for the Inflight crew
  • Liaison between Stations and Inflight for co-domicile
  • Support on-time operations, boarding, tidying cabin, quick turns
  • Point of contact for receiving packages at co-domicile
  • Delay investigation and disputes for assigned bases
  • Administer and manage flight attendant parking passes for assigned bases
  • Scheduling of flight attendant check-ins, investigative meetings and corrective actions meetings in assigned bases
  • Manage KCM records for flight attendants in assigned bases
  • Process base transfers in our HR platform for assigned bases
  • Manage Autism Double Checked enrollment and incentives
  • Provide welcome to base communication to all transfers and new hire flight attendants in assigned bases
  • Company publications acknowledgement tracking for assigned bases
  • Produce flight attendant e-files for all flight attendants in assigned bases
  • Reliability tracking in e-files for assigned bases
  • Travel to bases to provide coverage in the case of supervisor absence
  • Participate in flight attendant recruitment
  • Local contact in case of emergencies
  • Ability to operate as a flight attendant, as needed
  • Special projects as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to travel
  • Available for flexible daily scheduling to support Breeze’s operation
  • Ability to maintain current Breeze Flight Attendant Certification
  • Ability to speak well in public and maintain a positive image for the Inflight Department
  • Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
  • When working or traveling on Breeze flights, and if time permits, all capable teammates are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft cabin
  • High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility
  • Self-starter must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success
  • Ability to relocate to SRQ or HVN if needed
  • Must pass a TSA required fingerprint-based criminal history records check and a Breeze background check
  • Valid Passport with a minimum of six (6) months remaining prior to expiration
  • 2+ years’ experience supporting a large group of diverse frontline team members
  • 2+ years’ experience in administrative position Skills/Talents
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
