About the role
- Sell promotions, displays, and secondary placements in the categories of nuts, snacks, candies, dry fruit, and chocolates into retailers in your area
- Bring energy and confidence into every store conversation and build strong relationships with managers and department heads
- Pitch and negotiate for secondary placements and seasonal promotions and identify end caps, power aisles, and seasonal promos
- Execute display builds, ensure products are set to planogram with correct facings, pricing, and signage
- Monitor inventory, flag stock-outs or replenishment concerns, and place orders for upcoming promotions
- Monitor competitive activity (pricing, shelf space, new displays) and keep an eye on pricing and promotions
- Hit KPIs such as display builds and promotional sell-ins and demonstrate client ROI
- Participate in structured onboarding and ongoing in-field training and coaching
Requirements
- Natural conversationalist who shines when speaking with managers and decision-makers
- Extroverted, energetic, and able to stand out in a busy retail environment
- Previous sales or retail experience where you influenced outcomes
- Organized and self-motivated with strong time management
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable travelling to Cornwall and Alexandria
- Availability for 2 to 5 hours weekly, depending on territory and program cycle
