• Organize and conduct in-store sampling events highlighting featured products
• Actively engage with customers, providing product information and encouraging purchases
• Understand the brands and products to communicate their benefits effectively

Client Partner

• Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to Client account management
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Understand what success means to Clients and shape plans delivering value-added results
• Attend/lead Client meetings to ensure continuous alignment on deliverables
• Execute Client go-to-market strategies through field teams
• Provide clear retail execution direction to Brand Momentum Regional Leaders
• Prepare and present regularly scheduled performance updates
• Track and assess key account performance metrics to identify challenges and opportunities
• Review retailer sales data and prepare plans for underperforming locations
• Be active in the field to evaluate and measure execution of plans
• Escalate Client issues in a timely and proactive manner
• Conduct ½ day field visit bi-weekly to observe execution conditions and identify opportunities
• Develop, mentor and coach direct reports when applicable
• Assist in hiring staff as required
• Handle conflict resolution, complaints or emergencies that may fall outside regular business hours
• Travel within North America when needed
• Report to Sr. Director – Sales and Merchandising and drive Client KPI targets

Senior Client Manager – Sales & Merchandising

Account Executive

• Sell promotions, displays, and secondary placements in categories of nuts, snacks, candies, dry fruit, and chocolates into retailers
• Build relationships with store managers and department heads
• Pitch and negotiate for secondary placements and seasonal promotions
• Identify and secure secondary placements (end caps, seasonal promos, power aisles)
• Build and maintain displays and ensure product is ready to move
• Ensure products are set to planogram with correct facings, pricing, and signage
• Track inventory, flag stock-outs, and place orders for upcoming promotions
• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and shelf space
• Ensure stores meet client standards after the sell-in
• Hit KPIs such as display builds and promotional sell-ins
• Participate in structured onboarding and ongoing coaching

Territory Sales Representative

• Manage day-to-day client liaison at a retail level
• Foster strong relationships with retailers
• Provide coaching to Sales Representatives and train Retailer Staff
• Conduct pre-scheduled training sessions weekly and provide Sales Assists at locations weekly
• Gather market analysis and report market trends of how the product is perceived
• Plan and facilitate training and launch meetings to ensure client/retailer product knowledge
• Ensure stock levels of merchandise meet product demand and report back
• Support Marketing initiatives and maintain direct contact with sales points
• Resolve issues that affect brand integrity and brand presence
• Provide feedback to Regional Field Manager and client
• Support Go to Market planning and promotional activities in the field
• Set up promotional materials and support dealers via incentive events and programs
• Provide strategic input to help leverage the client brand
• Merchandising execution and training facilitation at trade show events as needed

Field Sales Representative

• Build strong relationships with store managers and department heads
• Pitch and negotiate for secondary placements and seasonal promotions
• Identify and secure secondary placements (end caps, seasonal promos, power aisles)
• Hit KPIs such as display builds and promotional sell-ins
• Build and maintain displays, ensure products set to planogram with correct facings, pricing, and signage
• Track inventory, flag stock-outs, place orders for upcoming promotions and seasonal spikes
• Monitor competitive activity (pricing, shelf space, new displays)
• Ensure stores meet client standards after the sell-in
• Participate in structured onboarding and in-field training with ongoing coaching and support
