About the role
- Lead strategic selection, integration, and optimization of the sales technology stack with a primary focus on AI tools for sales development and outbound teams
- Serve as the key technical expert building a robust, scalable technology ecosystem that enables sales teams to be more efficient, effective, and data-driven
- Design and maintain seamless, scalable architecture for all sales and marketing-related technologies; ensure clean, accurate, and reliable data flows to feed AI models and reporting dashboards
- Research, evaluate, and recommend AI-powered sales tools for lead generation, qualification, email personalization, and sales intelligence; manage full lifecycle from vendor selection to integration with existing systems (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach, Gong)
- Lead technical implementation of new tools and features, including configuration, API integration, and rollout to revenue teams
- Establish KPIs to measure effectiveness and ROI of technology investments; use data to identify improvements and drive continuous optimization
- Collaborate with sales operations, marketing, data, and engineering teams to align the technology stack with broader business goals
- Partner with sales enablement to develop and deliver training on new technologies to ensure teams maximize tool usage
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a sales operations or a similar role
- At least 3+ years experience as a CRM Administrator
- Proven track record of selecting, implementing, and managing CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), including experience with HubSpot’s custom objects, workflows, and integrations
- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and how they apply to the sales process (e.g., predictive analytics, natural language processing)
- Expertise in API integrations and a strong grasp of data structures and data flow management
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Looker)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong communication and project management skills to lead initiatives and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field preferred
- Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship or transfer
