About the role
- Be the voice of the brand across TikTok and other expanding social platforms
- Manage high-volume social channels and oversee day-to-day operations
- Develop content calendars, draft and schedule posts, and ensure timely publishing
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and game teams to create campaigns for key product moments and franchise expansions
- Host content ideation sessions and team brainstorms
- Generate and publish content daily while engaging with global audiences and responding to comments
- Curate user-generated content and identify influencers, creators, and community voices to highlight
- Provide strategic input to creative teams for the development of assets tailored for social platforms
- Monitor sentiment, track performance analytics, and produce regular reporting dashboards
- Ensure community growth and engagement by staying ahead of trends and adapting strategies quickly
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, planning, and execution
- Minimum 3–5 years in social media roles with analytical ability to translate insights into actions
- Prior experience working at a major game publisher (minimum 5 years)
- Skilled with analytics tools (Sprinklr or native platform analytics preferred)
- Proficient in Office 365
- Strong copywriting ability with flexibility to adapt tone of voice
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms and emerging trends
- Strong understanding of community engagement and audience growth strategies
- Data-driven mindset with storytelling and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
