About the role
- Manage a large portfolio of 25+ accounts across all phases of the customer lifecycle post-deployment
- Proactively engage accounts based on health metrics and triggers to drive value and outcomes
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure renewals, expansions, and expand customer relationships
- Lead stakeholder onboarding, post-sales entitlement, software promotion, and engagement content creation/customization
- Provide customers with product roadmap information and relay feedback to Product team to improve feature development
- Use lifecycle management and data-informed insights to improve adoption, satisfaction, and retention
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor for multiple accounts
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer success experience in a SaaS organisation or similar customer-facing roles
- Broad knowledge and experience in the automated test industry (desired)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt narrative to different stakeholders
- Ability to establish credibility with key customer decision makers, influencers, and end-users across organizational levels
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience (preferred)
